Meet Dr. John Wiens

Dr. John Wiens was raised in central California where he also attended Fresno State University. Following the completion of his undergraduate degree John spent several years working in the construction industry before going back to school to pursue a career in dentistry. He spent four years at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC graduating with honors in 2013. At this time he was also elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society.

Following dental school, Dr. Wiens returned to his home town to work as a general dentist for five years before selling his practice in 2018 to accept a residency position in Advanced Endodontics at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, OR. Following his graduation in 2020 he worked as an endodontist in Corvallis before deciding to move back to California. He is an active member in the American Association of Endodontics and American Dental Association.

When not doing root canals John enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and five kids. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and old cars.
